Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using PokerGTO Trainer you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Educational use

All content — strategy charts, scoring, leak reports, coaching notes, bot behavior — is provided for general educational purposes. Strategy recommendations are based on a curated pack of chart-derived data and heuristics. We do not claim full solver equilibrium coverage and we do not guarantee that any decision will be profitable in real play.

3. Tournament Mode is a simulation

Tournament Mode simulates a multi-hand No-Limit Hold'em table against bot opponents. The chips, buy-ins, and bankroll shown are virtual training currency only. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, or converted to real money. Bots make decisions algorithmically — outcomes are not representative of any specific live opponent or real-money game.

4. Subscriptions & credits

Paid plans unlock additional practice sessions, deeper coaching features, and cosmetic items. Subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to facilitate, promote, or take action in real-money gambling.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the strategy data wholesale.
• Do not impersonate other users, share account credentials, or circumvent paid features.
• Do not abuse the platform (excessive automated requests, attempts to break the bot engine, exploits, etc.).

6. Intellectual property

The app interface, code, content, and trademarks are owned by Forgewell Digital. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app while your account is in good standing.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that strategy recommendations are optimal, that the app will be uninterrupted, or that any specific outcome will occur. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, attempt to harm other users, or use the app in connection with real-money gambling. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when the product or its legal context changes. Material updates will be flagged on the home page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
